Can I try MoveJoy before paying?
Yes. The Trial plan is free and includes 30 minutes of AI call time. No credit card is required to start.
What happens if I run out of included minutes?
Calls continue uninterrupted. Overage minutes are billed at your plan's overage rate and added to your next monthly invoice.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Yes. You can port your number to MoveJoy or bring an existing number. See Get Started for instructions.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the United States. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to your organization.
Does the agent work in languages other than English?
Spanish support is on the roadmap. Contact support to discuss availability.
Can I customize what the agent says?
Yes. The first message, business overview, and FAQ list are all configurable. The agent adapts its responses based on this configuration. See Agent Configuration for details.
