MoveJoy is billed monthly. All plans include the full platform. The difference between plans is the number of included AI call minutes per billing period.

Free

Included minutes: 30

Intended for initial testing. No credit card required. All core features are accessible. The Trial plan cannot be used in production due to the minute limit.

Starter

$149 per month

Included minutes: 600 (~10 hours of call time)

Overage rate: $0.25 per minute

Best for small operations handling under 300 inbound calls per month, assuming an average call duration of 2 minutes.

Includes:

• 24/7 AI call and text handling
• Accurate quoting with your rates
• Google Calendar booking
• Call recordings and transcripts (7-day retention)
• Email support

Growth

$299 per month

Included minutes: 1,800 (~30 hours of call time)

Overage rate: $0.20 per minute

Best for mid-size operations handling 500 to 900 calls per month.

Includes everything in Starter, plus:

• Zapier and n8n integration (access to 1,000+ apps)
• Advanced analytics and ROI tracking
• Automated follow-ups and reminders
• Priority support

Pro

$499 per month

Included minutes: 3,600 (~60 hours of call time)

Overage rate: $0.15 per minute

Best for high-volume operations handling over 1,000 calls per month.

Includes everything in Growth, plus:

• Custom workflows and automations (Beta)
• Full analytics suite with ROI dashboard
• Dedicated account manager
• 24/7 priority support

How Minutes Are Calculated

A minute is consumed for each minute of AI call time, rounded to the nearest minute. Calls under 30 seconds are billed as 30 seconds.

Included minutes reset at the start of each billing period. Unused minutes do not roll over.

Overage Billing

When your included minutes are exhausted, overage is billed per minute at the rate shown above. Overage charges are added to the next monthly invoice.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Upgrades can be applied immediately at a prorated cost.
