Get Started
MoveJoy sets up your AI voice agent in three stages: Train, Customize, and Launch. The entire process takes about 5 minutes. You cannot access the rest of the dashboard until the setup is complete.
Stage 1: Train
Enter your business website URL and click Search. MoveJoy analyzes your website and extracts your business name, contact details, services, service areas, and business hours. This data pre-fills the next steps so you spend less time entering information manually.
If the search returns incorrect data, you can edit everything in the next stage. If your website is unavailable or returns no results, click Continue Anyway to proceed with a blank form.
Stage 2: Customize
Customize has 9 steps. Use the Back and Next buttons to navigate. Validation runs on every Next click and will block progress if required fields are incomplete.
Step 1: Business Details
Confirm the basic information MoveJoy uses to represent your business during calls.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Business Name | Your company name as the agent will use it |
| Business Phone | Your main contact number |
| Business Overview | A short description of your business, used by the agent to answer general questions |
| Business Address | Your primary location |
| Timezone | The timezone your operations run in |
| Area Code | The area code for your new MoveJoy phone number |
You can also link your Google Business Name and Google My Business Profile so the agent is trained on that data as well.
Step 2: Core Services
Review the list of services detected from your website. Toggle services on or off and add any that are missing. At least one service must be enabled to continue.
Step 3: FAQs
Add question and answer pairs for common questions callers ask. The agent uses these to respond accurately to questions outside the standard quoting flow. You can add up to 20 FAQs.
Step 4: Agent Name and Voice
Set the name your agent will use during calls. Then select a voice from the available options. You can preview each voice before selecting.
Step 5: Greeting
Write the exact message the agent says when a call connects. A default greeting is provided based on your business name. You can also enable a recording disclaimer, which the agent reads at the start of every call.
Step 6: Message-Taking Questions
Configure what information the agent collects when taking a message. Name, phone number, and email are always collected. You can add up to 20 additional custom questions.
Step 7: Advanced Features
Enable optional features for your agent:
Appointments - When enabled, the agent can offer appointment slots and send a scheduling link via SMS after the call. Requires a scheduling link to be configured.
Call Transfers - When enabled, the agent transfers calls to a human operator in defined scenarios. Configure each scenario with a trigger phrase and a destination phone number..
Stage 3: Launch
Select a Plan and Add a Card
Choose the plan that fits your call volume. MoveJoy offers three paid plans:
| Plan | Monthly Price | Included Minutes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $149 | 600 min (~10 hours) |
| Growth | $299 | 1,800 min (~30 hours) |
| Pro | $499 | 3,600 min (~60 hours) |
A 30-minute free trial is included. You will not be charged until after the trial ends.
For a detailed plan comparison see Plans and Pricing.
Start Your Trial
Once a plan and card are on file, your agent's assigned phone number is displayed. Make a test call to verify:
- The greeting matches what you configured
- The agent quotes correctly for your primary service type
- Scheduling works if appointments are enabled
When you are ready, click Launch and Start Trial. Your agent goes live immediately and begins handling inbound calls to the assigned number.
After Launch
All configuration from the setup flow can be updated from the dashboard at any time. Changes to service types and pricing take effect on the next call.
